Simple & Energy Efficient BBQing
One of our most popular electric grills is the Greenplate 300 inbench BBQ.
What makes it so popular? This grill is easy to install and energy efficient. While other similar brands and models require at least a 15 Ampere power source, the Greenplate only requires 7.8 Ampere (which is basically your typical Singaporean household socket). It also only uses 1.8kW per hour, which can mean up to 50% of savings in running costs.
To install this grill, all you need to make a 490 x 490mm cut out in your counter, and fit the grill into this cutout. Make sure to have a power outlet on the inside of the counter where the BBQ is, and also place the fat bin below the BBQ to collect grease.
There’s also the option of making it coin or token-operated too, as seen at My Tampines Hub. Some of the other projects that have installed this BBQ at are Marina Bay Residences, Safra Tampines, The Hillion, Riverbank, Novelty Techpark, the list goes on.
