With the exception of the Napoleon Prestige and Prestige PRO grills, as well as Liberty branded grills, our BBQs do not come with a rain cover. However, it is still best to check each individual product page to confirm if the BBQ does come with one.
Our LPG compatible BBQs come with a gas hose and regulator suitable that is compatible with either a 12.7kg/9kg or 11.3kg gas tank.
Yes, it is. If you’re leaving it on the floor instead of on the ground, you might find that some rust stains coming out from under the tank (don’t worry, it’s all superficial). In order to protect your floors, place a wheeled pot mover underneath the tank. These can be found at plant nurseries.

To purchase a BBQ over the weekend or after office hours, you may visit one of our stockists, but please note that they do not carry the full range of BBQs.

No. For a confirmed order, you need to make payment first via credit card. If you don't have a credit card, do email us and we can make arrangements for a bank transfer and Paynow instead.
We will fulfill the order within 7 working days. We will call you first to arrange for delivery. Delivery times are between 10am – 5.30pm on weekdays, and before 12pm on weekends. We also deliver before 12pm on selected public holidays.
At the present moment, we only deliver to Singapore addresses. For orders in Malaysia, do contact our sister company: patiodelite.com.my
Delivery fees within Singapore is at a flat rate of S$15. For orders above $250, delivery within Singapore is free.
Exchanges are only possible if the product is not used or opened in any way.
We do provide refunds on unused products within 1 week of delivery. However, we will not refund the delivery costs which will be deducted from your credit card payment. To get a refund, please bring the product back to our showroom.
For items that can be sent back to us via mail or courier or in person, we will not charge a delivery fee and you will receive a full refund (unfortunately we will not cover your postage for the returned items). However, for items that have to be collected from delivery address, a delivery fee of $120 will be deducted from the refund amount before being credited back to you.

With the exception of Napoleon Grills which have 10, 15 and lifetime limited warranties (depending on the model) all grills have a warranty of ONE year from date of delivery.Do note that limited warranties means that replacement parts, if covered under the warranty and warranty time frame, will be free of charge. The warranty does not cover transport and replacement/repair service. If you require these services, additional charges will be incurred.
You do not need to register your Napoleon grill in Singapore. But you will need your BBQ's serial number to make a claim. This serial number is usually on the back of the BBQ, on the inside of the cabinet door, or for smaller grills or charcoal kettles, they can usually be found on the box or pasted on the front of the manual.
