Honey & Lime Boneless Chicken

Ingredients
3 Tablespoons Honey
Juice from 4 Large Green Limes
Approx. 2kg Boneless Chicken Leg
Himalayan Salt
Method
Mix all of the first 3 ingredients on list together in a large bowl, and soak the chicken in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the BBQ by turning on the heat to medium heat (on a gas BBQ or turn on the infrared side burner) or allow charcoal to burn until ashy on the top (on a charcoal BBQ put some distance between the charcoal tray and cooking grid).
After soaking the chicken, put it on the BBQ and grill, flipping over from time to time to avoid burning the chicken. Baste the chicken with leftover marinade each time it is flipped.
After 20 minutes of grilling, immediately place the chicken in an airtight container to slow cook on its own a little more for about 10 minutes.
When ready to serve, put chicken back on grill at medium-high heat for about 3-5 minutes. Serve immediately.
