The Barbecue Lab: Pizza-Baking & Rotisserie Chicken on the Grill

The Barbecue Lab is bringing back our most popular BBQ class – Pizza-Baking & Rotisserie Chicken on the Grill!
This class is perfect for anyone who wants to step out of their comfort zone and cook more than just steaks, chicken wings and burgers on their grill. Learn to make full use of your BBQ’s hood and turn it into an oven for pizza parties or perfectly roast a chicken using the rotisserie. From making your own pizza dough, to prepping your chicken for the spit rod, it’s easier than you think, and this class will show you just how simple it can be.
The class will be taught by our grill expert, The Carbon Chef.
